More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Also featured in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had created plans to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing various parts of the land.

Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for boat shelters.

Further images released as part of the continuing oversight process.
